The Industrial Cybersecurity Laboratory of INCIBE was created with the aim of:

  • Have a test bank in INCIBE to test own services and technologies.
  • Acquisition of expert knowledge in SCI.
  • Have an environment for the analysis of vulnerabilities that affect industrial environments.
  • Constitute a valid training environment applied to cybersecurity in Industrial Control Systems.

The Industrial Cybersecurity Laboratory of INCIBE has SCADA systems, HMIs (Human Machine Interface), storage servers, OPC servers, etc.

The Industrial Cybersecurity Laboratory of INCIBE has several models of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), as well as distributed peripherals and RTU (Remote Terminal Unit).

Software components available

The Industrial Cybersecurity Laboratory of INCIBE has several components that allow the simulation of industrial processes, among them, a model of a traction substation for feeding a railway section.
